Delete a connected Facebook or Instagram account

Sign in to STICHD AI, open Dashboard, then Settings, then Social accounts. Find the connected Facebook Page or Instagram Business account and select Disconnect. Confirming the action removes the connection from STICHD AI and prevents future scheduled publishing through that account.

Disconnecting an account does not remove posts that were already published on Facebook or Instagram. You can manage or delete those posts directly on the applicable Meta platform.

Delete your STICHD AI account

Sign in to STICHD AI, open Dashboard, then Settings, then Profile. Choose Delete account and confirm the request. Access to the account is deactivated immediately.

Before confirmation, STICHD AI displays the current account-recovery period. If the account is not recovered during that period, the account and associated personal data are permanently deleted, subject to the limited retention described below.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your STICHD AI account, email [email protected] with the subject “Meta data deletion request.” Include the email address used for STICHD AI and, if known, the name of the connected Facebook Page or Instagram Business account.

Do not send your password, Meta access token, payment-card details, or other authentication credentials. We may ask for limited information needed to verify that you control the account. Verified email requests are normally completed within 30 days.

What is removed

For a disconnected Meta account, STICHD AI removes the stored connection credentials and stops future publishing access. For a completed STICHD AI account deletion, we remove or anonymize account details and associated personal workspace data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may also remove STICHD AI from Facebook or Instagram through Meta's business-integration settings. If you do so before using the STICHD AI controls, email us so we can locate and remove any remaining data associated with the previous connection.

Limited retention

We may retain limited records where required or permitted for legal compliance, billing, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, audit integrity, or backup recovery. Retained records are restricted from ordinary product use and removed when the applicable retention requirement expires.
