If you purchase a plan or credits, payment details are handled by our payment processor. We receive billing status, plan, invoice, subscription, and transaction metadata needed to operate your account.

Content added to a team workspace may remain available to that workspace even if an individual member leaves, subject to the organization settings and applicable plan limits.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements.

You may request deletion of personal information. Some records may be retained where required or permitted by law, including billing, security, audit, backup, and fraud-prevention records.
